On the morning of November 29th, units such as the Disabled Persons' Federation of Qingyuan County and the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Qingyuan County went to employers such as Mengtian Home Furnishing Group (Qingyuan) Co., Ltd., Hongshu Industry Co., Ltd., Jilfeng Packaging Co., Ltd., and Zhongxin Transportation Construction Co., Ltd. to promote the employment reward policy for disabled people.

Vice Chairman Hu Xiaowei and his delegation conducted on-site inspections on the production and operation situation, employment positions for disabled people, and work environment of the enterprise, and gained a detailed understanding of the salary and benefits of disabled workers. They also listened to the needs of the enterprise for recruiting disabled workers and the difficulties and problems encountered. During the visit, the Disabled Persons' Federation of Qingyuan County provided a detailed interpretation of policies such as tax incentives and disproportionate rewards for disabled people arranged by enterprises, encouraging enterprises to attract more employment opportunities for disabled people.
